Your Body Remembers What Your Mind Has Forgotten

A 90-minute SOMATIC BREATHWORK session to release tension, to reconnect with yourself, to remember who you are

Upcoming New Moon sessions:

April 16, 2026 at 7PM CET (6PM WET)

May 16, 2026 at 7PM CET (6PM WET)

You've been carrying so much for so long.

The tension sits in your chest, your shoulders, the back of your throat. You wake up tired. You move through your days disconnected from what you actually feel - making decisions, holding space for everyone else, but you can't hear yourself anymore.

You're not broken. You're disconnected.

And your body has been trying to tell you.

This is where breathwork begins.

What is Somatic Breathwork?

Soul Connected Breathwork is a live, online group session

where you'll use your breath to release what your body has been holding.

THE SESSION EXPERIENCE

  • Guided breathwork that activates your nervous system to release stored tension

  • Waves of sensation—tingling, heat, emotion, or deep stillness

  • A safe container to feel without having to explain or perform

  • Integration time to ground what moved through you

YOU MIGHT NOTICE AFTERWARDS

  • You sleep more deeply

  • Your shoulders drop without forcing them

  • You can hear your own voice more clearly

  • Old patterns feel less automatic

  • You feel a deep release

This isn't instant transformation. It's a practice.

Each session builds trust with your nervous system.

Soul Connected Breathwork

Online Group Sessions

Soul Connected Breathwork is a monthly practice to help you release what your body has been holding, reconnect with what you actually feel, and remember how to trust yourself again.

Each 90-minute session, held online on the New Moon (or a few days prior or after, when the energy is most supportive) uses conscious connected breathing to access your nervous system, move stuck energy, and create space for what wants to emerge.

You don't need any experience. You don't need to be calm or centered or already good at this. You just need to show up, breathe and let your body lead.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness,

which unites your body to your thoughts.”

— Thich Nhat Hanh

"I feel much stronger and more confident. Or rather, I would say that I allow myself to let the inner strength that has been building up inside me burst forth and show itself. This is who I am."

— ANITA, SENIOR revenue analyst, after 4 months of breathwork

“A profound journey, a defining experience that takes me deep into my wounds.”

— GEORGE, SENIOR CONSULTANT

“It basically helps me live a better life. It helps me let go of bad habits and patterns that don't serve me and helps me become a "better" version of myself.”

— ILDIKO

JOIN US TODAY

We use the Soma+IQ Breathwork method—a technique that combines ancient breathing practices with modern understanding of the nervous system and trauma.

Through conscious, connected breathing, you activate your body's natural ability to release what it's been storing. Not through thinking. Not through talking. Through breath.

As you breathe, your nervous system shifts out of survival mode and into a state where healing becomes possible. The tension you've been holding starts to move. The tightness in your chest, your jaw, your shoulders—it begins to soften.

You don't think your way into this.

You breathe your way into it.

And slowly, breath by breath, you start to feel more like yourself—not the version of yourself you think you should be, but the one you actually are underneath all the holding.

Hey there,

I'm Zsófi Fischer

and I know what it's like to try to think your way to peace and realize your body was holding the answers all along.

You’ve done the inner work. You’ve read the books, journaled through the pain, and learned to hold space for your emotions. Yet sometimes, it still feels like your body is holding on to something you can’t quite name.

I know that feeling. For years, I tried to think my way into peace, but my body was still whispering, “I’m not safe yet.” It wasn’t until I found breathwork that I truly exhaled. That first deep release felt like coming home — not to an idea of who I should be, but to the truth of who I already am.

I became a certified Soma+IQ Breathwork facilitator trained in trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware practices. I've guided hundreds of women through breathwork journeys and witnessed the profound shifts that happen when we stop trying to think our way to peace and start breathing our way there.

"Healing from trauma involves reconnecting with your body and emotions.”

— Bessel van der Kolk, psychiatrist, trauma-research author

What is Breathwork? I breathe every day...

While we breathe unconsciously every day, most of us do so shallowly, using primarily the chest. Breathwork is a guided, intentional practice that engages deep diaphragmatic (belly) breathing. This allows oxygen to flow fully into the lungs, energizing your body on a cellular level. Beyond physical nourishment, breathwork can unlock profound healing for your body, mind, and spirit by releasing stuck energy, emotions, and tension.

What role does Breathwork play in emotional release?

Emotions are stored in the body, often from unresolved experiences in the past. Breathwork activates the body’s natural ability to process these stored emotions safely. The practice helps release stress, emotional tension, and trauma, restoring balance and vitality. The breath cleanses accumulated emotional imprints, allowing healing at a deep level.

What is Soma+IQ Breathwork?

Soma+IQ Breathwork is a transformative breathwork method designed to activate your body’s natural intelligence, release stuck energy, and restore balance on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It combines deep diaphragmatic breathing with somatic awareness and modern neuroscience principles to create profound healing and personal transformation.

How do I prepare for a session?

Before your session:

Eat lightly: Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before. A light snack or fruit is fine.

Hydrate: Drink water throughout the day but avoid drinking too much immediately before the session.

Avoid alcohol and recreational substances: This ensures a clear, conscious experience. Prescribed medications may be taken as usual.

Come with an open mind: No expectations—simply set your intention to release old patterns and create space for healing.

What you need:

Yoga mat or a comfortable space (bed): We will be lying down; you will need a quiet, private space for yourself.

Blanket or warm layers: Breathwork may lower your body temperature.
Headset: For the deeper experience with the sound

Water bottle

Journal & pen: To note insights, emotions, or ideas that arise during the session.

What should I expect during a session?

During breathwork, your body may respond in various ways—all completely normal:

Physical effects:

Dizziness

Sweating or shivers

Eye fluttering or watery eyes

Twitching, shaking, or vibrating

Yawning or dry mouth

Numbness or tingling

Hand cramping (tetany)

Emotional effects:

Emotions may surface—crying, laughter, or deep release is part of the process. Allow yourself to feel and release without judgment.

Mental effects:

The mind may resist with thoughts like:
“This is too hard,” “How long is this?” “I can’t do this right.”
These are normal and part of the brain’s attempt to keep you in your comfort zone. Breathwork is about moving through these mental barriers.

I've never done breathwork before. Will I know what to do?

You don't need any experience. I'll guide you through every step—when to breathe in, when to breathe out, and how to stay with what arises. Your only job is to show up and breathe.

What if I cry or have an emotional release during the session?

This is completely normal and welcome. Breathwork creates a safe space for emotions that have been stored in your body to surface and release. You'll be in a private space (your own home), and I'll guide you through the process with care. Crying, shaking, or feeling intense emotion are signs your body is letting go—not signs that something is wrong.

What if I don't feel anything during the session?

Some sessions are quiet and subtle. Not every breathwork experience is cathartic or dramatic—and that's okay. Your body knows what it needs. Sometimes the work is happening beneath the surface, and you'll notice the shifts in the days that follow.

Who should NOT do breathwork?

Soma+IQ™ Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be

looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.

If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
