Inside your Soma+IQ™ Breathwork session, you'll be gently led through a powerful breathwork journey designed to help you release, rebalance and reconnect.

Through conscious, rhythmic breathing, you’ll gently dissolve layers of tension and emotional weight that your body has been holding onto. This release creates space for lightness, ease, and a renewed sense of freedom within.

As your breath deepens, your body shifts from stress mode into a state of calm and balance. The mind begins to slow down, thoughts soften, and you reconnect with a sense of inner stillness that feels deeply restorative.

By the end of the session, you’ll feel grounded and centred, with a clear mind and an open heart. You’ll leave with a renewed connection to your intuition and a calm confidence that carries into your daily life.

Through a blend of conscious breathing, gentle guidance, and intuitive awareness, you’ll move from tension to release, from noise to stillness, and from disconnection to deep presence.

For years, I did the deep inner work. I practiced yoga, meditated, journaled, healed, and grew. On the outside, I had built a beautifully crafted life, yet something inside still felt unsettled. My nervous system kept sending signals through my body, whispering that something wasn’t quite right. Chronic anxiety, headaches, and body pains became my constant companions, no matter how much emotional or mindset work I did.
I realised I needed to go even deeper, to discover what my body was holding on to. Now we know more than ever, the body keeps the score.
It wasn’t until I discovered breathwork that everything began to shift. Through the power of conscious breathing, I learned to release what my mind couldn’t reach. My body finally felt safe to let go. The tension softened, the noise quietened, and I began to feel a deep sense of peace and clarity that I had been searching for all along.
Becoming a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, I guide others through this same process, helping them reconnect with their breath, their body, and their inner calm. Because when you learn to breathe fully, you begin to live fully.

During this 90-minute session, you’ll use your breath to gently release tension and calm your nervous system. As your body relaxes, you’ll reconnect with a deep sense of safety and clarity within yourself. This is a space for healing, for remembering your own inner balance and peace.

While we breathe unconsciously every day, most of us do so shallowly, using primarily the chest. Breathwork is a guided, intentional practice that engages deep diaphragmatic (belly) breathing. This allows oxygen to flow fully into the lungs, energizing your body on a cellular level. Beyond physical nourishment, breathwork can unlock profound healing for your body, mind, and spirit by releasing stuck energy, emotions, and tension.
Emotions are stored in the body, often from unresolved experiences in the past. Breathwork activates the body’s natural ability to process these stored emotions safely. The practice helps release stress, emotional tension, and trauma, restoring balance and vitality. The breath cleanses accumulated emotional imprints, allowing healing at a deep level.
Soma+IQ™ Breathwork is a transformative 1:1 breathwork method designed to activate your body’s natural intelligence, release stuck energy, and restore balance on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It combines deep diaphragmatic breathing with somatic awareness and modern neuroscience principles to create profound healing and personal transformation.
Before your session:
Eat lightly: Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before. A light snack or fruit is fine.
Hydrate: Drink water throughout the day but avoid drinking too much immediately before the session.
Avoid alcohol and recreational substances: This ensures a clear, conscious experience. Prescribed medications may be taken as usual.
Come with an open mind: No expectations—simply set your intention to release old patterns and create space for healing.
What you need:
Yoga mat or a comfortable space (bed): We will be lying down; mats can also be provided if needed.
Blanket or warm layers: Breathwork may lower your body temperature.
Headset: For the deeper experience with the sound
Water bottle
Journal & pen: To note insights, emotions, or ideas that arise during the session.
During breathwork, your body may respond in various ways—all completely normal:
Physical effects:
Dizziness
Sweating or shivers
Eye fluttering or watery eyes
Twitching, shaking, or vibrating
Yawning or dry mouth
Numbness or tingling
Hand cramping (tetany)
Emotional effects:
Emotions may surface—crying, laughter, or deep release is part of the process. Allow yourself to feel and release without judgment.
Mental effects:
The mind may resist with thoughts like:
“This is too hard,” “How long is this?” “I can’t do this right.”
These are normal and part of the brain’s attempt to keep you in your comfort zone. Breathwork is about moving through these mental barriers.
Soma+IQ™ Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be
looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.
